​Benefit users understand and agree to hold the company and the any associated companies harmless from any issues or disruptions in the website operation, or other situations which could affect the usage of the benefits, including but not limited to changes or removal of benefits, access issues caused by any unforeseen situation, etc. 

​The Company shall not be deemed to be in breach, and shall have no liability whatsoever if Company is not able to perform any of its obligations in whole or in part, as a result of an act of God, war, civil disturbance, third party performance or nonperformance, strikes, work stoppages, natural disasters, severe weather, power failures, internet disruptions, any occurrences with issuing companies, or any other reason or cause that may interfere with the certificate issuance or fulfillment.
